Never received my item spent $50 on two skullys

Hello,

I am writing regarding my recent order for a skull cap, which I have not yet received.

The tracking information indicates that the shipping label was created and is awaiting the item from UPS, but there have been no updates for a month. Despite this delay, I recently received a request to review the item.

Could you please provide an update on the status of my shipment or help resolve this issue?

Thank you,

Horrible fit!

The item purchased is labeled as “one size fits all,” which is a standard sizing model used for universal beanies and skull caps.

However, individual fit can vary based on hairstyle, head shape, age, and other personal factors which are outside of our control and the responsibility of the customer to consider prior to purchase.
